Chapter 10
(The Seal of Jerusalem): this Israeli archaeological “find” in the 1970s of an ancient Christian symbol consisting of the Menorah, the Star of David, and the Fish joined together as 3-in-1 is discussed.
The Menorah was given to Israel to be/show the light of God/salvation unto the Gentiles. The Star of David is that of national Israel and the government of God. The Fish is that of the New Testament Church, the Saviour, and that of grace. Each individual part of the seal is examined: the Menorah is seen as God the Father, the Star of David is seen as Jesus the Son, and the fish is seen as the Holy Spirit. The Menorah=7 (7-7). The Star=12. The Fish=5. Total of all three=24, which matches the “Unction’s” of scripture (seven, seven, seven, twelve, and five). The seal can also be viewed as the Holy Spirit (the Menorah), the Star of David as the Kingdom/Government of God, and the Fish as Jesus the Son who provides salvation. The seven stick menorah/candlestick is showing the 7 (7-7) as both the time of Jacob’s trouble as well as the feast and famine years of Joseph. The 3-in-1 seal of Jerusalem shows the one true “Israel of God”.
